Shipping/handling charges are for USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Selection of First Class or Priority Mail will be available at checkout. Delivery confirmation will be included with every order.
Please allow 6-8 days for your custom order to be completed and shipped. Once your order is shipped, times for delivery will be dependent on mail service. You will be notified by email with delivery confirmation number from Memories to Love when your order does ship. If you need your order faster than the 6-8 days, please contact me prior to placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate a rush delivery.

Returns
No returns will be accepted on custom orders, therefore check your order for selection and spelling carefully when placing your order. If we make a mistake on your order, we will make every effort to make your order correct.
Gift Service
Gift service is available at no extra charge to you. Upon your request, a complimentary gift card will be provided in your order. There will be a notes section provided during checkout for you to request gift service and provide a message to include on the gift card. A receipt will not be included in the package to be mailed since you should already receive one during checkout.
